Information we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, school or organization, topic of interest and message. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you ask about and, if you apply for a role, consider your application. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for parents, educators and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and third-party services

This site uses essential cookies needed for it to work. Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded map from Google Maps; these services may receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, and we take reasonable measures to protect them.
